Shopping Deals by Craig Saves ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use our iOS mobile application and connected ShppngTrlly account services (the "Service").

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We do not require an account for public catalogue features. If you create an account, we collect your email address and the information that you choose to save. This information can include subscriptions, notifications, size preferences, shopping wants, decisions and purchases. If you contact us, we also receive the information that you provide.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information from your device:

• Device Information: device model, operating system version and language.
• Usage Data: interactions with features (e.g., product search queries, viewed products).
• Crash Reports & Diagnostics: anonymised crash logs to help us improve stability.

We use first-party analytics tools to collect this usage data in an anonymised form. No personally identifiable information ("PII") is stored in analytics events.

The App does not use browser cookies. The connected website uses a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. Device identifiers are used for push delivery and anonymised analytics or crash reporting.

• Account content is retained while the account is active. A self-service deletion removes account content and credentials. Listing interaction totals can remain only after the account link is removed. A privacy-safe audit event remains without the email, name, user ID or deleted content.

• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain data processing activities.

Signed-in users can export their account data or permanently delete their account from Data & Privacy in the account area. A new sign-in link is required before deletion. You can also contact us (see Section 8).

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest where applicable. No internet-based application is 100% secure; you use the App at your own risk.
